Empowering active and retired NFL wives and partners, by bridging the gap through transitional phases, on and off the field.

About Us

Who We Are

The National Football Wives Association (NFWA) is a collective of visionary women, each uniquely connected to the NFL through personal experience, resilience, and purpose. As wives and significant others of current and former NFL players, we bring together a culmination of lived knowledge, shared insight, and personal growth from navigating the many phases of life tied to professional football.

Our founding board is made up of women who are leaders, advocates, mothers, entrepreneurs, and changemakers—each committed to uplifting and uniting women in the NFL community. We are deeply passionate about walking alongside women through the transitional moments that define the NFL journey—whether entering the league, navigating team changes, injury, retirement, or life after football. These phases often come with uncertainty, and we believe no woman should face them alone.

We understand the power of shared stories, trusted relationships, and curated resources. That’s why we’ve built NFWA not just as a network, but as a safe, empowering space where women can be seen, heard, and supported—on and off the field.

Together, we lead with empathy, integrity, and intention—championing the wellbeing, identity, and legacy of every woman whose life is shaped by the game.
